I very seriously have a design doc started for it…it uses a gameplay idea I wanted to try for a while, but my main impetus is comparison. What does better, a fun-for-all game from the heart, or a lowest-common-denominator title with a name desgned by manitees with their idea balls.

But we already know the answer, don’t we? 😉

You referenced Jingle All The Way, but since I crafted a tiny joke around it, I’ll have to leave mine in for my review. Otherwise, yeah, short but sweet. I’m not going to be the guy that rags on Xmas AND Xmas games, so it’s charming.

Thanks for the review 🙂 Glad you were able to pull your dad in to test co-op. I’m sure you both laughed and made memories that will last forever…or not. Dosent matter, ’cause I have your money now – that sweet sweet 70 cents.

A few notes:
– There seems to be a noticible lag when new sfx are loaded. I didn’t see this on my test boxes, but heard complaints from peer reviewers. I couldn’t identify it ’till I saw external YouTube playthroughs. Pre-loading those will be easy enough (I have a build with that and additional peppiness-updates I’ll be uploading ASAP)

– If you’re playing with noobs, I put in a last minute undocumented feature that toggles the camera mode – press the RIGHT STICK BUTTON the camera cycles though targeting individual characters. Players that say “I can’t tell what Im doing” instantly enjoy the game more when the camera followed them alone (though your frustrations may rise).
